Today cooked for Mary Kay, Claire and Mingou at La petite cuisine à Paris:

Chicken liver Pâté with gingerbread crackers.
Quail stuffed with chestnuts and apple. Brussel sprout coleslaw.
Candied clementine with meringue and cark chocolate sauce.

Served with a bottle of Cidre Briard.
